Straight Blade Plugs

Straight blade plugs for cord ends, appliances, and equipment connections where standard blade-style AC plug configurations are required. Straight-blade plugs are used for compatible AC equipment cords and outlets where a locking device is not required. Select the correct pole/wire pattern, current and voltage, and use the approved flexible cord size with effective strain relief. A grounded plug should never be modified to fit an ungrounded or incorrectly rated receptacle.
