Motor Starters

Motor starters for safely starting and protecting electric motors used in pumps, compressors, fans, and machinery aboard marine vessels. A motor starter coordinates controlled energizing with overload protection for a motorized load. Compare motor horsepower or kW, supply phase/voltage, starting current and control-coil voltage. A contactor alone may not provide overload protection, so verify the complete starter assembly and associated upstream breaker/fuse requirements.
