Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System

Impressed current cathodic protection components, anodes, electrodes, and meters used to actively protect hulls and underwater fittings from corrosion. Unlike passive sacrificial anodes, impressed-current systems regulate protective current using a controller and reference electrode. Proper sizing depends on underwater metal area, hull construction, water conditions and the existing bonding/cathodic design. The catalog includes specialized corrosion-control components, but a complete ICCP installation should be engineered and commissioned using measured potentials.
