Each panel we produce is custom designed based on the vessel's specific electrical equipment, load sharing requirements and port destinations. What's more, all the equipment necessary for building the panel is in our vast inventory, including circuit breakers, switchgear, instrumentation and indicator lights. Our ABYC certified electricians can either install the panel on the vessel or ship it pre-wired. In fact, our computerized engraving machines make anything possible. That's why we are known around the world for our ability to make the instrument panel of any yacht as individual as its owner's signature.
Engineering, Design and Fabrication: All necessary equipment, including shunts, fuse holders and transformers for metering, is installed to meet ABYC standards, whether back mounted to panel with stand offs or using rear mounting technology.
Circuit Breakers: Different styles and trip curve ratings to accommodate both the branch circuit current and the power source current requirements. We also have the ability to meet customer requirements with regards to matching existing equipment in surrounding area of panel. Circuit breakers are available in either round or square face shapes.
Power Source Distribution/Switch Gear: Equipment options include rotary switches, mechanically or electrically interlocked circuit breakers, and electrically interlocked contactors.
Terminal Strips and Bus Bars: Custom fabricated or off the shelf hardware allows for simplified terminating of pre labeled terminal strips.
Metering: Various styles, such as modern, European or four-in-one, are available as well as digital or analog options.Test switches are available to monitor the power source and related volts, amps, hertz etc. (Description of types of Panels)
