Today's megayachts are marvels of electrical engineering. Their safe operation is inherently dependent upon the failsafe operation of their electrical systems and superstructures. Our engineering department uses AutoCADD to plan power distribution systems for refits, new builds and custom panels.

We generate electrical installation specifications and plans for boat builders around the world.

Specifications and plans can be based upon classification societies' rules such as ABS, Lloyd's Registry and Bureau Veritas or other standards such as ABYC and NFPA 302.

For over 55 years, marine electric has been our focus. As a result, our name has been passed from owner to owner, captain to captain in port to port. And as our reputation for quality workmanship has grown, so has our capacity to accommodate the industry's refit, repair and customization needs. Having a large electrical department enables refit projects to be completed expeditiously. While our in-house electrical engineering department is able to provide plans and drawings, our substantial inventory can supply the necessary cable and equipment. Our supervisory capabilities, combined with an ability and willingness to travel to other locations, instill customer confidence that the work will exceed expectations.

Main Distribution Panel (Panel Boards)

Designed to meet space, amperage and equipmen t requirements.
Circuit breaker ID tags are used to allow panel to be adaptable and accommodate future modifications.
Constructed from phenolic, aluminum or acrylic for reversed engraving.

Panel Pre-wire (Panel Boards)

Performed in-house by professional ABYC certified marine electricians.
Wire lead length is to customer's specifications and can include terminal blocks and bus bars.
